We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual as Part Time Key Holder. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fashion/swimwear, a background in retail, a positive attitude and ability to build and maintain relationships.

DESCRIPTION
The Key Holder, under the supervision of Store Management, this position provides every customer with extraordinary service. Works closely with the store leadership team in supporting the company’s goals and upholding a service-driven culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and at times supervise Sales Associates
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Utilize effective selling skills by offering customer service in a confident and knowledgeable manner
• Ensures the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, well- kept and priced correctly
• Maintains store visual standards

QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Open availability
• Great customer engagement skills
• Excellent Interpersonal, and communication skills
