Store Manager

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of specialty retail experience in a leadership position, as a Store Manager or an Assistant Store Manager.

The candidate must have the ability to create a store atmosphere that emphasizes providing exceptional customer experiences, visually appealing product presentations, be an effective problem solver, possess a positive, entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in a team atmosphere.

E.Leigh’s Store Managers are accountable for recruiting, training and coaching a high-performing, diverse team whose responsible for maximizing sales.

An E.Leigh’s Store Manager ensures that the E.Leigh’s brand standards are consistently delivered by ensuring visual and operational standards are met.

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
